We value your satisfaction. If you're not fully pleased with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund in accordance with our return policy.
We accept returns for products purchased exclusively from renavic.com. Products must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date, in their original packaging, unopened, unused, undamaged, and not soiled.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, and make sure to include your order number in the email. Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product to the company.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product to ensure it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. If the product does not meet the return criteria, the refund will not be processed, and we will notify you of the reason.
Please note that shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, please inspect the package upon delivery. Keep the box, packing materials, and damaged items, and contact us immediately at [email protected] with photo or video evidence of the damage.
We monitor claims of lost, missing, wrong, and damaged items to prevent abuse. Such claims must be reported immediately upon receipt of your order, and all related items, including packaging, must be retained. We reserve the right to limit or deny reshipment or refunds in cases where abuse is suspected.
